At Mixed Selection Gift Shipping Policy, our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please note that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Estimated delivery time will be changed according to the actual logistics and transportation situation. Usually, you will receive the package within estimated delivery time.
Delivery charges are applied during the checkout process. The delivery charges and order values include VAT.
Most of our deliveries are dispatched by a contracted carrier who will need a valid signature from someone aged 16-years or older for proof of delivery. If there is nobody present at the time of the delivery, a card will be left by the delivery person stating another attempt of delivery is to be made or details of the carrier’s local depot, from which you can make alternative arrangements. In residential delivery areas, this may be your nearest post office.

Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made-to-order and request 3-7 business days to handcraft.
SHIPPING TIME
Many factors contribute to delivery time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frames listed on each product page.
Delivery
Delivery To The UK: Standard delivery will take 3-5 days and Express delivery will take 1-3 days. If you live in the Scottish Highlands or islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, delivery will take 5 days.
Dispatch: We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.
If your order is returned to us by the courier company as they were unable to deliver it to you, either if the address was incomplete or wrong, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
International Delivery
We will happily ship your goods to most destinations worldwide. please read Mixed Selection Gift Shipping Policy carefully.
For EU and International orders – delivery time in usually between 5-10 working days but is dependent on the nominated courier’s normal delivery service times from the UK to the given Shipping Address.

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package because of an address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee for the personalized items.
Tracking an Order
You’ll receive an E-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier’s package-tracking site.
